How did you create your Dr. Mermaid P.1 image? Did you sketch it out first and then create it digitally? It looks amazing. I spent a good ten minutes staring at it.
Let’s see. For THAT Dr. Mermaid PI Idid the initial drawing first in pen and ink then scanned and colored digitally adding things along the way. So glad you enjoy it.
